What can I expect in my first visit?

During your first energy balancing session, your practitioner will go over your intake forms and you can share any additional relevant issues that you would like to work on.

How do I prepare for a session?

Clients are not expected to do anything during a session except clear their mind, relax and enjoy.Clients should sit or lay in a quiet, relaxing area.

What can I expect during an energy balancing session?

The practitioner will tune into your body and ask the body for what it needs for healing on all levels.Clients may have various experiences, ranging from the feeling of warmth and tingling throughout the body, seeing colors or visions, spontaneous muscle jolts, or emotional releases such as crying or giggling. Experiences will differ with every client, every time. The energy is always flowing even if the client does not experience any of the above.

What do I do after a session?

After your session, you may feel tired or a range of emotions. This is normal. Try to relax, get outside and drink lots of water and eat healthy snacks to help balance the body's energy levels. Please be sure to ask your practitioner if you have any questions regarding the treatment or post treatment experience.
